Face it, you may want to eat things that are not necessarily good for you. Well, this app let's you pick out a food item that has the least amount of salt, sugar, fat or calories. The problem with nutrition labels found on foods is that when you want to compare similar food items, very often the portion sizes are different, so you cannot figure out exactly what is better for you.. Some foods may report 4g of fat on 250ml, while a similar food may report 1g of fat on 5 tablespoons.. Salt Sugar Fat Calories is an application that will let you compare two or more Nutrition Labels. After entering information for Nutrition Labels, the app will calculate which of the foods you are considering is best for you for salt, sugar, fat or calories. It is assumed that you want food that has the least amount of salt, sugar fat or calories, so the sorting will be in ascending order, from least amount of these compounds to the foods that have more of these compounds.. After a sort is done, GREEN will always be on top, it will represent the food item with the least amount of the food compound you are sorting for, that is salt, sugar, fat or calories, YELLOW colour will represent something not as low in content as GREEN, but not twice as much content as the GREEN item. RED will represent a food item that is two times or more content than the GREEN item. NOTE: All liquid values are converted to millilitres, and from there to grams for all calculations.
